My experience was amazing! Every part of the staff is so caring and focused on the common goal. From the front desk, to Xray techs, hygienists, and dentist. Shantelle is always extremely sweet and informative, I enjoy speaking with her every visit and she ensured that I was 100% informed and comfortable from the first appointment booking! They make sure you are both informed and comfortable which I really appreciate aswell as being open to clarify any concerns I had with detail. They truly care about patients. Tracy is so sweet and accommodating, she made me feel so comfortable during my first visit when I got Xrays taken. Super approachable, warm and understanding. She set the tone! Following this, Dr.Douleh assessed my Xray and explained what I was looking at thoroughly aswell as what his plans of action were. I obtained complete confidence in Dr.Douleh. He even pulled up an animation so I could get a visual understanding of the future procedure. I left fully informed and confident in the steps to take. I had a cleaning with Bri, who was very thorough, and left my teeth feeling amazing! The cleaning was great and truly brought out the beauty in my teeth. It’s been awhile since I felt a dental office was trustworthy but here, it’s undeniable. Bri was very kind and easy to converse with which I really appreciate! They don’t make you feel rushed, here they take pride in their career. All while maintaining your confidence in dental health and/or easy fixes. I also had my first extraction and bone graft with Dr.Douleh yesterday and he is absolutely phenomenal. Extremely informative and does seamless work, his expertise is unmatched and he made sure I was okay throughout the whole process, reassuring, and motivating me. I didn’t feel a thing and when pressure was to be expected, he made sure I was aware! Dr.Douleh and the woman who assisted him in this procedure were both a great pair and I’m 100% satisfied with my visit. She even stayed with me afterwards for me to collect myself, regroup, and speak comfortably with her. Also assuring me that I was a great patient, very easy to work with, and that she was proud of how well I did during the procedure. I really appreciated that. And she made sure to send me home with post-op instructions and extra gauze! Accommodating and Comfortability are understatements with Olympia Fields Family Dental. I am extremely excited to continue my dental journey here. I trust them completely. Shout out to you all, thank you guys! :)

Dr. Schraber was pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, and gave me his undivided attention during my dental visit. The reception desk personnel were professional and pleasant, too. I was referred to this office by my good friend who shared the name of her dental hygienist, Martizza. During my appointment, Martizza took X-rays, cleaned and flossed my teeth post-cleaning to check for any remaining residue. Martizza explained each step and was open to me asking questions, too. Overall, my experience was a 8.5 to 9 out of 10/ 4.5 our of 5. So, I am choosing a 5/5 rating for this comment. Thank you all.

The best dentist,office staff & hygienist team around! I drive 40 mins each way because they truly are very gentle, respectful, informative and great at what they do. They have been on time with each appointment ( no wait at all) & the services are done in a timely manner. They make sure you are comfortable and everything is feeling okay during the service. I’ve been to a lot of dentist but this is very calm, everyone is so attentive it really makes the whole experience easier. If you have anxiety, your afraid or just simply looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this team! You will feel good look good and have a whole new outlook on the teeth monsters (aka dentist) !!
