Great Customer service and very friendly. They always accommodate your schedule in my opinion this is the best dentist office in the south suburbs.
1/29/26 My first visit to the Olympia Fields Family Dentist went extremely well. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Dental Asst. Victoria & Hygenist Brie were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every procedure performed was explained thoroughly before any action was taken. Another rep explained what was covered by my insurance and what my portion would be, all in advance. Dr. Mohammad Douleh was patient, answered all my questions and took time to explain everything. I highly recommend this nice and clean facility!
This was my first time with this dental office and the environment was clean, inviting and professional. Dr. Schraber was pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, and gave me his undivided attention during my dental visit. The reception desk personnel were professional and pleasant, too. I was referred to this office by my good friend who shared the name of her dental hygienist, Martizza. During my appointment, Martizza took X-rays, cleaned and flossed my teeth post-cleaning to check for any remaining residue. Martizza explained each step and was open to me asking questions, too. Overall, my experience was a 8.5 to 9 out of 10/ 4.5 our of 5. So, I am choosing a 5/5 rating for this comment. Thank you all.
